The AgriRestaurant “La Bilaia”, takes the name from a hill of same name, it opened on April 17, 2013. It offers a seasonal menu with reinterpreted Liguria dishes, and utilizing ingredients from their own garden.
It has three different ambiances of which one is outdoors, but the most popular one is the Veranda overlooking the Promontory of Portofino. The service is simple, attentive and well cared for.
The wine list is almost from the Liguria region only, to give relevance to local territory

The cuisine combines the typical Genoese flavors and Paolo’s experience, proposing enjoyable reinterpreted traditional dishes; as a result of his studies and his personal connection with South AmericaOsterie d’Italia 2016 Slow Food.

Paolo is the creator of very interesting dishes, from land and sea, always focusing in seasonality, with vegetables and meat from his own farm, traditionally prepared but with a South American touch.
